We ship every order out of a small studio on the Sunshine Coast. Here’s exactly how it works — and what happens if the fit isn’t quite right.

Shipping

$10 flat shipping Australia-wide · Free over $100

  • Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
  • You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the studio.
  • Delivery estimates vary by state — most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days.

Returns

30 days to change your mind

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new & unused condition with tags attached.
  • Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
  • A refund or exchange will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.
